Ryan Sampson named National Broker of the Year for Residential Land Sales & Top Twenty National Producer; Michael Strahan Awarded ALC-to-ALC Networking Award.
Tampa, FL, March 29, 2021 – Eshenbaugh Land Company, a commercial real estate firm based in Tampa, FL, was recognized at the REALTORS Land Institute’s APEX 2020 Awards Program sponsored by The Land Report. The APEX Awards Program is designed to recognize the excellence and performance of the best in the business by distinguishing agents with these prestigious production-based awards.
Ryan Sampson, ALC, was recognized as the REALTORS Land Institute’s APEX 2020 National Broker of the Year for Residential Land Sales. The award recognizes the applicant with the highest qualifying transaction volume in residential land sales.
Sampson was also named as a Top 20 National Producer for the fourth year in a row. He and all award winners received the awards from RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus, MBA, RCE, as well as The Land Report’s Co-founder Eric O’Keefe on Wednesday, March 17, during RLI’s 2021 Virtual National Land Conference.

Michael Strahan, ALC, was awarded the APEX ALC-To-ALC Networking Award for having the largest ALC-to-ALC transaction between himself and Dean Saunders, ALC of SVN Saunders Ralston Dantzler.
Five Eshenbaugh Land Company Brokers were recognized as members of the APEX 2020 Producer’s Club, which recognizes those with at least four million dollars in qualifying dollar volume closed land sales. The honorees in this category include: Bill Eshenbaugh, Ryan Sampson, Chris Bowers, Jack Koehler, and Michael Strahan.
