Kevin R. Yeager, Senior Associate, Office Retail & Commercial Services for Colliers, has been elected to serve as President of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR) for the 2021 term.
FGCAR is an organization serving commercial real estate professionals along Florida’s Gulf Coast. As an overlay Realtor™ organization, FGCAR serves a wide region with over 500 members, including alliance and affiliate members. FGCAR provides professional expertise and ethical accountability in the field of commercial real estate to its members and partners.
“During the pandemic, it’s been our goal as an organization to continue providing members with opportunities to learn and engage, through virtual education, social networking and safe outdoor events,” said Yeager, Senior Associate, Commercial Services at Colliers. “I’m honored to serve as president this year, and look forward to continuing to look for creative ways to keep our members connected and committed to advancing professionally.”
Yeager has been involved with FGCAR for over 15 years, having spent the past five years on the organization’s board of directors. As a broker based at Colliers’ Clearwater office, Yeager has worked with a wide range of office, retail and commercial clients in the community, including the American Lung Association of Florida, St. Luke’s Laser Center, Rubenstein Law, and many other local and regional organizations.
In addition, Christine Daly, Sales Associate at Colliers, was elected to serve a one-year term on the FGCAR board of directors. Working from the Colliers Clearwater office with Managing Director Paula Clair Smith, CCIM, she focuses on both office and flex space, with an emphasis on healthcare in the St. Petersburg and south Pinellas County markets.
Past Presidents of FGCAR who currently work at Colliers include J. Patrick Duffy in 1995 and Anthony “Pat” Marzulli in 2016.
