NAPLES, FL (Mar. 17, 2021) DeAngelis Diamond’s Special Projects division recently completed two projects. The first, a tenant improvement for TerraCap Management’s new office space located at 999 Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples. The project included demolition of the existing space, installing new firewalls and partitions, new ceiling grid and tile, new casework, MEP, and new interior glass and doors. The second, a remodel of the Naples Art Association lobby in Downtown Naples, including corridor walls and ceilings, new lighting and sound panels, and restoration of the terrazzo floors. Currently under construction are tenant buildouts for Olympus Ventures and for Breast Center of Naples. Upcoming projects include a new Food Pantry and Social Services Offices for The Salvation Army.
