DETAILS: The University Area CDC is offering free mental wellness support sessions just for women, in Spanish, through its Get Moving! program.
Led by Licensed Cognitive Behavioral Therapist Amie Ortiz, these mental wellness sessions aim to help residents take care of their minds, bodies and souls during these stressful times.
This session offers the opportunity for women to come together to gain perspective and insight, give and receive support and explore relationships with oneself and others.
