Eshenbaugh Land Company Brokers Over $10 Million in Residential Land Sales

Tampa, FL – February 23, 2021 –Eshenbaugh Land Company’s Principal, Ryan Sampson, CCIM, ALC and President, Bill Eshenbaugh, CCIM, ALC, both handled residential land closings for this month.

Sampson represented the seller, The Ferber Company, on 41 acres on the south side of SR 54 across from the main entrance to Ballantrae, between the Suncoast Parkway and Sunlake Blvd. in Pasco County. The land, which is in the second phase of a mixed-use development plan, sold for $6,475,000 to Lennar Homes LLC, who plan on developing a mix of townhomes and single-family units.

Following this, Bill Eshenbaugh represented the seller, Miller Family Homes LTD, in closing 19.14 acres part of The Villages of Cypress Creek planned community in Ruskin, southeast Hillsborough County for $3,575,000. The buyer, Mattamy Tampa/Sarasota LLC, have plans to develop 104 single family attached residential units.
