SARASOTA, Fla. (Feb. 18, 2021) – Ian Black Real Estate, Sarasota’s premier commercial real estate brokerage firm, has hired two new employees. Brianna Tulp, RPA®, joins the firm as sales associate, and Jordan Gorrell joins as marketing assistant and brokerage support.
Tulp recently relocated from New York City, where she worked for SL Green Realty Corp, the largest office landlord and fully integrated REIT in the city. During her six-year tenure with the company, she served in various leadership roles in property management, building services and underwriting. She played a critical role in the approval and acceptance of liability for approximately 50 million square feet of redevelopment, development, repositioning and conversion opportunities, as well as roughly $3 billion in acquisition targets.
Prior to joining Ian Black, Tulp served as assistant vice president of underwriting and asset management.

Tulp holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation and is currently completing her LEED Green Associate certification. She will work alongside partner Nick Devito II, SIOR, and specialize in office and industrial properties.

Gorrell, who joins the firms marketing team, will aid in the growth of the firm’s digital presence. She is a recent graduate of the University of South Florida, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. While pursuing her education, she gained experience in hospitality management, marketing and sales.
