Tampa Bay, FL – February 12, 2021 – The Florida Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (FAPI) and the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI) have honored Parveen Vahora MD FACOG with an invitation to speak at their collaborative first ever Leadership, Entrepreneurial, Academic and Personal Development (LEAP) conference for women physicians. The inaugural three-day event will be held at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater Beach on March 19 to March 21.
Dr. Vahora is a seasoned national speaker on women’s health issues. Her mantra of “Women should not suffer silently & deserve better healthcare” speaks of her dedication to her field. Vahora said “I am honored to be invited to speak at the first ever LEAP conference for women physicians. Women’s health is of the upmost importance to me. I’ve dedicated my career to helping women and am committed to the non-narcotic management of pain and the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocol.” Dr. Vahora’s planned topics are “Decoding your cancer risk through genetic screening” and “Women’s Sexual Health.”
