“We could not be more excited to have been selected for this project,” says Tony Liga, Commercial Account Manager at AVP. “This will be a major undertaking, one that our prior experience with major audio-visual upgrade projects has prepared us well for.”
The upgrades will include:
- Retrofitting new IP-based Crestron video backbone encoder / decoder systems,
- Multiple wall-mounted 82” Samsung commercial displays,
- HD video pan / tilt / zoom cameras, and
- QSC brand audio DSP system upgrades for ten auditorium-style classrooms.
Additionally, ten conference rooms will each receive wall-mounted HD video pan / tilt / zoom cameras and QSC brand audio DSP system upgrades, along with Crestron’s Zoom-based unified communications video conferencing systems. AVP will also install new, custom-graphic touch panel interfaces, which will control all functions of each conference room.
The seven regional campuses are located in Pensacola, Ft. Pierce, Daytona, Orlando, Sarasota, Immokalee, and Tallahassee. These campuses provide students in their third and fourth years with clinical training, via affiliations with local physicians, ambulatory care facilities and hospitals.
