ORLANDO – Jason G. Toll, MiCP, Senior Vice President at NAI Realvest, represented the buyers, 3 related companies, of a 4.09-acre, four-parcel site on Whitefield Drive, Kissimmee. Lot 1 was purchased by Inclined Labs, LLC, Lots 2 & 3 were purchased by International Skydiving Museum and Hall of Fame and Lot 4 was purchased by BBDP, LLC. The seller, Cantero Holdings, LLC, represented by Jose Cantero with Citrus Ridge Real Estate, sold the property for $3,900,000.
The buyers are planning on developing three new related attractions. The central attraction will be the International Skydiving Museum & Hall of Fame. The Museum will be flanked to either side by a wingsuit skydiving simulator, which will be the first in the US and only the second in the world. The other side is a site for a large vertical skydiving freefall simulator. The 3 attractions are scheduled to open to the public in phases beginning with the wingsuit skydiving simulator in 2022.
“This is an ideal location for a new attraction. The site is just off US Hwy 192 and is within 5 miles of the Disney Parks & Hotels Complex. A new attraction will increase the draw of tourists to the area.” according Jason Toll.
