It’s still a pandemic
And The Bucs are in the Super Bowl here in my very own city!
Anyone who knows me knows that it’s a 50/50 chance I could tell the difference between a football and a hockey puck! Alright, I might be exaggerating slightly, but I think you get the point that I’m not super into sports! But I love excitement and I love camaraderie and I love EXCITEMENT!!! So I am totally into the team from my city playing the biggest game in football in my city and I’m totally into the energy that is buzzing here in support of the Bucs.
I’m a Health Coach and a Fitness Expert and I am always looking for new ways to inspire and motivate my clients, customers and tribe. What better way to channel all this Super Bowl excitement than with a Super Goal Fitness Challenge?
Between now and Super Bowl Sunday, which is on February 7th, I have a SUPER BOWL FITNESS CHALLENGE for you.
Here it is:
1. “Super Bowl” – every time you hear the words ‘Super Bowl’ on the media you must do 10 seconds of FOOTBALL FAST FEET.
2. “Football” – every time you hear the word ‘Football’ on the media you must do 10 seconds of FOOTBALL SHUFFLES
3. “Buccaneers” – each time you hear the word ‘Buccaneers’ on the media you are going to bust out GRONK’S LOCKER ROOM DANCE and make it good!!
4. “Kansas City” – whenever you hear the words ‘Kansas City’ in the media you are going to do your best TOUCHDOWN POSE.
