Integrative Skin Care opens in Sarasota

January 12, 2021 by Post

Elisha DeMassa, owner of Integrative Skin Care

SARASOTA, FL — Elisha DeMassa, a Florida-licensed skin care specialist and California-licensed esthetician, has opened Integrative Skin Care, a holistic skin care spa that specializes in natural skin therapy. Integrative Skin Care is located in the Sarasota Healing Arts and SRQ Massage & Acupuncture building (1810 S. Tuttle Ave., Unit #4, Sarasota) in central Sarasota.

Facial treatment include LED light therapy, microdermabrasion and waxing. DeMassa specializes in a holistic facial, incorporating a customized skin care experience with a specialized aromatherapy massage. “My goal for my clients is to leave Integrative Skin Care feeling refreshed, invigorated and relaxed.”

DeMassa’s diverse work experience of more than 20 years started in Napa, Calif. as a licensed esthetician working in resort spas. A Sarasota resident since 2001, she has worked at different day spas on Longboat Key and in Sarasota, with experience in waxing, body treatments and advanced facial treatments, using all natural, organic products.

“Working in an environment like Napa Valley and seeing clients from all over the world was an experience that has never left me,” DeMassa said. “I incorporate many of the holistic spa techniques that I have learned from my time in Napa into a relaxing, customized natural facial for my local clients.”

She graduated Le Melange school in Napa Valley with an esthetician California board license; she is also a licensed Florida skin care specialist, which requires continuing skin care education yearly. She is currently enrolled at State College of Florida and Gulf Coast University, pursuing her degree in Health Education with an emphasis on Alternative Medicine.

“I knew that one day I wanted to open my own holistic skin care spa but needed the right environment to do so,” DeMassa said. “When I found this beautiful space out of the Sarasota Healing Arts and SRQ Massage & Acupuncture building, I knew that this was the perfect place for Integrative Skin Care.”

DeMassa is currently offering 20% off a client’s first holistic facial with the code FIRSTFACIAL. For more information or to schedule an appointment, go to iskincaresarasota.com.
