| SARASOTA FL: In person support groups for navigating life and entrepreneurial transitions are now forming in Sarasota. Laura Weber Garrison PhD, a Holistic Health Counselor and educator who specializes in treating abuse and trauma, will be facilitating both Empowered Transitions and bi-monthly Mastermind support groups beginning again in January. Meetings are structured and confidential and group sizes are limited. Consisting of facilitated education, cognitive behavioral training, and on-going accountability, both programs are geared toward making and sustaining big changes. Dr. Garrison has over two decades of experience working with challenged and at-risk populations, holds a doctorate in Holistic Health, and is a member of the International Association of Counselors and Therapists.
