ChappellRoberts Elevates and Grows Agency Team While 100% Remote
TAMPA, Fla. (Dec. 22, 2020) — While many advertising agencies across the U.S. struggle to survive the ripple effects of COVID-19, one of Tampa’s largest agencies — ChappellRoberts — continues to thrive, even announcing team growth and promotions despite the worst economic conditions in history. Operating the full-service agency 100% remotely since mid-March, ChappellRoberts is celebrating the promotion of Curtis Elliott to associate creative director. The leadership announcement comes on the heels of new hires and team promotions.
In his new role, Elliott will lead creative strategies and development for ChappellRoberts’ diverse roster of clients. His focus will be on building bold, purposeful brands while leading creative strategy for traditional and digital visual executions and experiential branding. Elliott brings nearly 15 years of brand and digital creative expertise to produce award-winning creative for clients such as Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, Feeding Tampa Bay, Newland Communities and AdventHealth.
“Elliott consistently seeks diverse perspectives to deliver powerful creative solutions that create change with a lasting impact,” said Matt Boswell, executive creative director of ChappellRoberts. “We are excited for the growth he will continue to foster in this role as well as the growth he will develop across our entire agency team.”
ChappellRoberts has also grown its team with two new positions. Onboarding both Kelsea Sampson, copywriter, and Andy Weir, designer, after shifting to a fully virtual operation, ChappellRoberts has leveraged the expertise of its integrated team to help clients navigate the uncharted territory of the global pandemic.
“We deconstructed and rebuilt all of our agency products to serve clients with strategic solutions for the new normal,” said Christine Turner, executive vice president of ChappellRoberts. “The ability to pivot our entire agency and serve clients seamlessly has provided solid footing during highly uncertain times.”
The agency also announced the promotions of Adam Twining to account executive, Tommy Eliason to designer and Amber VanHaerents to accounting specialist.
