Ringling and Orange LLC has engaged Ian Black Real Estate to manage leasing for a new Class A office property coming to Sarasota. The 84,600-square-foot property, The Offices at Ringling Plaza, will be the first office building over 30,000 square feet to be built in downtown Sarasota in over 20 years.

Ringling and Orange LLC has engaged Hoyt Architects as the architect and Brasfield and Gorrie as the general contractor for the project. Groundbreaking is expected to take place in Q2 of 2021, and the property is expected to be completed by Q4 of 2022.
