TAMPA, FL – CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) will be hosting our first in-person job fair since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The event will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in an outdoor setting at CareerSource Tampa Bay’s main office located at 9215 N. Florida Ave., Tampa, FL 33612.
This job fair is specifically for employers supporting Tampa Bay’s largest sporting event taking place in February 2021. Employers in Hospitality, Retail & Tourism, Food and Beverages, Janitorial Services, and Transportation will take part in this in-person job fair with more than 500 positions available. Participating employers will have entry-level, part-time, and temporary positions. Several employers will be hiring on the spot and ask that job seekers come prepared with resumes, driver’s license/state ID, and their social security cards.
Job seekers must be registered in Employ Florida (www.EmployFlorida.com) to participate. Job seekers not registered will be able to use computers at the center to register on the day of the event. Due to the pandemic, CareerSource will take every precaution to comply with social distancing guidelines. Social distancing will be strictly enforced, and attendees must wear face masks at all times during the job fair.
