SEASALT Properties Announces Second Expansion in Six Months

December 9, 2020 by Post

ADDING DOWNTOWN ST. PETERSBURG & TAMPA’S HYDE PARK OFFICES
GERMAN ENTREPRENEUR SAYS THE  INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE MARKET IS ON FIRE!

St. Petersburg, Florida – (December 3, 2020) – As founder and CEO of SEASALT Properties, Hendrik Bisanz announced six months ago from his St. Pete Beach-based office that he was expanding his company. Not only did he open a Tampa office, but also added 20 new real estate agents this Summer.  Today, the bright future continues as he announced a third SEASALT office location has opened in the heart of booming downtown St. Petersburg to better serve their clients.

While the original SEASALT Properties headquarters remains at 449 Corey Avenue in St. Pete Beach, he is looking forward to seeing clients in the following new offices: The Hyde House, 1646 West Snow Avenue in Tampa and the Station House, located at 260 1st Avenue St. Petersburg.

The company has experienced tremendous success with proven sales results selling property to a local, regional, national and international clientele. “We pride ourselves on featuring all the joys of living on Florida’s west coast. We specialize in buying, selling and managing residential properties in Tampa Bay and are proud to reflect on the fact we started with only five agents.”

A native of Germany and now a Treasure Island resident, Hendrik founded SEASALT over three years ago. Expanding to Tampa  and now St. Petersburg from the beaches of Pinellas County was a natural move for the company he reports.

“Even with the challenges of Covid, the continued growth and transformation of our Tampa Bay community for the last decade has been incredible. We are looking forward to the future and offering our customers the addition of our insider’s knowledge of Tampa and St. Pete. We also serve Sarasota as well.”

He reports that all of the SEASALT agents share a common denominator: appreciating the fact they can live, work and play under the sun every day.

The SEASALT culture revolves around giving back to the community. “Our firm has made a corporate, year-round commitment to helping our community. We raise awareness for the tragedy of pediatric drownings and will announce a series of  events that will be open to the public as a community service to help keep our environment safe via a Local Beach Clean Up campaign.”
