ORLANDO – Kevin O’Connor and Matthew Cichocki, Principals at NAI Realvest, added three new tenants to the retail center at 2222 Ocoee Apopka Road, Ocoee. This is a new retail center currently under construction with an expected opening date of January 2021. O’Connor and Cichocki represent the owner, JeBailey Realty, LLC. The center is now 73% pre-leased, with only 3 units remaining, from 1,400 – 4,200 SF.
Westyn Beauty Nail Spa leased unit 102 with 1,400 SF for a new nail salon. The salon is expected to open in January 2021.
The Shipping Center leased unit 106 with 1,400 SF for a new shipping and packaging store. The store is expected to open in April 2021.
Grillmaster Catering leased unit 108 with 1,400 SF. Grillmaster is a southern style restaurant with additional catering services and expect to be open by February 2021.
Frutamix leased unit 120 with 1,400 SF. Frutamix is a family-owned Mexican restaurant. They are relocating to this new center. Ashley Pun with Arellano Realty & Investments represented tenant.
“Even in these challenging times, we’re continuing to have strong leasing activity here. It shows that if that if the location is good, tenants are still willing and able to sign leases.” Cichocki said.
