Florida based Metron Bios LLC announced it intends to enter into a first round of private equity financing in 2021 for it’s US Install division, which will be spun off into a free standing company to accommodate anticipated allocation of equity interests to venture capital and potential future investors.
U.S. Install is a national network of licensed, bonded and insured technicians who perform ADA compliant installations of toilet and bathing room living aids, side and rear wall grab bars, dispenser outlets, super poles for stability, commercial sanitizer dispensers, and other residential and commercial installations of safety products on a predictable, flat rate basis. The company spent 2020 building out the national network of installation provider and working on supply chain and product development. It expects to enter into RFQ’s for commercial and government installation quotations within the first half of 2021, and expects profitability within calendar year 2021 through a combination of product margin and installation commissions. U.S. Install is in discussions with several manufacturers and retailers about providing certified technicians to handle a variety of retail, manufacturer, and government programs. Expect several announcements over the next several months as we announce new partnerships, expanded coverage, and vendor partnership alignments. The company is hardware agnostic, but sister company AwareGiver will be launching its own line of commercial safety products in 2021.
Using a combination of low overhead, a proprietary network of installers, and a transparent, flat rate installation program, U.S. Install is escorting in a business model based on integrity into an industry marred by over-inflated product margins and uncertain installation standards.
The company is lead by entrepreneur and managing member David Happe. Happe, a former retail executive with Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart, most recently built and sold marketshare leading Vigilant Personal Protection Systems. Prior to that, he built his last installation company into the #2 provider of residential installations of consumer electronics before selling that company to a group of private investors.
