Vertica Commercial Advisors (VCA), a subsidiary of Vertica Partners, represented CCP Fund VI, LLC in the off-market sale of 110 condominium units at the 176 unit Meridian Luxury Condominium community in Tampa, Florida for $11,000,000.
The property is a fractured condominium project, located at 7605 Pinery Way, and is conveniently located in the Town n’ Country area with close proximity to Tampa International Airport and the Westshore Business District.
The buyer was an affiliate of ESG Kullen, a long time Vertica client, and has retained Vertica to exclusively represent them in the acquisition of additional units within the community.
