Advocate Health Advisors has named Tawny Statzer as Call Center Manager.
In this role, Statzer will manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s call center and handle agent recruitment and training. Statzer, who is based in Dallas, Texas, also will implement new strategies for improved sales and processes.
All of Advocate Health Advisors’ call center team members are licensed health care agents. The agents are Medicare experts who serve as trusted advisors for those who are Medicare eligible and specialize in helping those turning 65. Advocate Health Advisors, based in Venice, Fla., has agents in all 50 states and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
“Tawny will be a great asset to the Advocate Health Advisors team. I am excited to have her leading our call center and ensuring we deliver exceptional service for our Medicare members,” said Advocate Health Advisors Director of Business Development & Strategy Kelly Roszel.
Prior to joining Advocate Health Advisors, Statzer managed call center operations and training for an insurance outsourcing firm. She also has worked with various large corporations, including Comcast and Starbucks, to ensure quality control and strategic deployment of new workflow processes.
