SANFORD – M/I Homes professionally decorated model at Traditions at White Cedar has received positive response at the homebuilder’s new single-family community at 220 Evertree Loop in Sanford.
With only 48 homesites in the gated, natural gas community, 95 percent of the sites in the intimate neighborhood offer homebuyers a sense of privacy without rear neighbors, according to David Byrnes, M/I Homes’ area president.
“Traditions of White Cedar is situated so that homeowners have nice views, but not of each other,” he said. “And, with 2,433 square feet of living area, the Woodside model offers an open space that flows especially well in the kitchen and great room areas, as well as leading to the outdoors,” he said.
The two-story Woodside model that’s being privately toured at White Cedar can be built with three, four or five bedrooms and up to four bathrooms. Features include an upstairs laundry, a spacious flex room, walk-in closets, and a roomy owner’s suite, he said.
Homebuyers can choose from four other one- and two-story floor plans and multiple elevations, with prices starting at $320,990. Home sizes range from 1,610 to nearly 3,000 square feet.
When completed, the maintenance-free community, just minutes from Interstate 4, State Road 415 and downtown Sanford, will have a swimming pool, playground and recreation area.
