Just since March, more than 30,000 sq. ft. leased
TAMPA, FL – (October 13, 2020) – Bromley Companies announced leases with three companies today providing services that expand Midtown Tampa’s focus on wellness, securing its position as the largest go-to destination for healthy living in the Tampa Bay region. Midtown Tampa Chiropractic & Wellness Center, RYDE IT with Midtown Boba and Kale Me Crazy will be among the businesses opening at Midtown Tampa in early 2021.
“Midtown is the only mixed-use development in Tampa Bay that brings together a synergistic collection of health and wellness services in one walkable, connected destination,” said Nicholas Haines, CEO, Bromley Companies. “We continue to fill all our retail spaces, and just since March, have already leased more than 30,000 square feet.”
Midtown Tampa already boasts the region’s largest Whole Foods Market as an anchor, which is the world’s leading natural and organic foods retailer and has been named “America’s Healthiest Grocery Store,” plus the only REI Co-op in the region, to outfit every sports and fitness activity. Now, Midtown Tampa Chiropractic & Wellness Center (relocating from South Tampa), RYDE IT with Midtown Boba and Kale Me Crazy join other personal health service providers that include the biostation, MyEyeDr., F45 Training, and Tipsy SalonBar.
“Midtown Tampa has a remarkable health and wellness energy that aligns perfectly with my practice,” said Dr. Tommy Rhee, owner, Midtown Tampa Chiropractic and Wellness Center. “With Whole Foods being the go-to grocer for 90 percent of my patients, along with a collection of healthy restaurants, personal services, and even a walking trail around the lake, this high-profile location is a perfect fit for me.”
RYDE IT, Florida’s first immersive amphitheater spin studio, adds to the number of options for exercise. Combined with F45 Training and the outdoor fitness trail surrounding Midtown Lake, Midtown delivers an unmatched collection of health and wellness services. Wellness-focused events are expected to be prominently featured at Midtown Commons, the central green space at the heart of the project. Kale Me Crazy, only the second location in Florida, adds a quick-service dining option to the other healthy options already available, including the Oprah Winfrey-backed True Food Kitchen.
