JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (October 12, 2020) – The Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC), the leading certifier of green projects in the state, has signed on as a sponsor for the Jacksonville Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) 2020 Design & Honor Awards Gala, Oct. 16.
This year’s Gala to be held virtually and broadcast publicly on YouTube with the widest audience in the event’s history. There is no admittance fee to this year’s Gala – access will be provided to all free of charge to celebrate the design and individual honor award winners.
“Although current circumstances are not conducive to the Gala’s typical in-person festivities, the tradition of honoring and celebrating the excellent design work and contributions of AIA Jacksonville architects must be preserved,” said Chapter President Elect Andrea Hook, AIA. “Members and non-members alike will have the ability to share with their clients, friends, fellow professionals.”
