Help Design a Sponge Docks Gateway SignThe City is seeking input and ideas from the public as to what type of gateway sign should be constructed and what it should look like. Please take the short survey here. The Board of Commissioners approved a project to install a welcome sign at the entrance to the Sponge Docks, and this survey is the first step in the process. River Bend Development Brings Residents, JobsUnder construction on 37 acres at the northwest corner of Anclote Road and L&R Industrial is a new development that will bring not only new residents to the City, but new businesses and jobs. River Bend will consist of 54 single family homes. The River Bend Business Park offers 24 commercial lots and is expected to attract light manufacturing and high-tech businesses along with hundreds of employment opportunities.
