The Modelithics COMPLETE Library includes Microwave Global ModelsTM for capacitors, inductors, and resistors. A Microwave Global Model covers a full range of part values for a vendor component series, making them well-suited when tuning or optimization is needed. These models can be used to design filters, matching networks, and many other circuits for all types of applications. In addition to part-value scalability, Microwave Global Model scale with respect to substrates and solder pads. Also included in the Modelithics COMPLETE Library are nonlinear transistor and diode models as well as linear and non-linear models for system level components like amplifiers, filters, attenuators and couplers. These models offer features like substrate scalability, bias and temperature dependence, noise prediction and more.
