September 14, 2020 by Post

TAMPA – Tech entrepreneur Nicholas Hinrichsen is the latest guest on The University of Tampa Lowth Entrepreneurship Center podcast, EnFactor. He appears on the Sept. 9 episode called “Take Big Risks and Just Get Started.”

EnFactor is hosted by Rebecca White, the James W. Walter Distinguished Chair of Entrepreneurship, a professor of entrepreneurship and the director of the Lowth Entrepreneurship Center.

Hinrichsen is the co-founder of WithClutch.com, a fully digital platform that lets car owners refinance auto loans from the comfort of their own home, and Carlypso, which was sold to Carvana.com in 2017.

EnFactor debuted in November 2019 and features guest entrepreneurs (some of whom are UT alumni) across many backgrounds to discuss their journeys as entrepreneurs, through both successes and failures. The goal is to inspire listeners.

Other EnFactor guests have included Jason Feifer, the editor-in-chief of Entrepreneur Magazine,  Kevin Harrington, a serial entrepreneur and an original “shark” from the television series Shark Tank, and Nick Friedman, a co-founder of College Hunks Hauling Junk.

The podcast can be streamed on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcast, Podbean and most podcast platforms. The blogs and podcasts are also available at enfactorpodcast.com.

For more information, contact the Lowth Center at ecenter@ut.edu, or (813) 257-3227.

The Lowth Entrepreneurship Center, part of the Sykes College of Business, is located within the Daly Innovation and Collaboration Building at UT. The space is creatively designed to bring together prospective student entrepreneurs, educators and experienced executives to generate, define and develop entrepreneurial concepts and to launch new ventures.

The University of Tampa is a private, comprehensive university located on 110 acres on the riverfront in downtown Tampa. Known for academic excellence, personal attention and real-world experience in its undergraduate and graduate programs, the University serves approximately 10,000 students from 50 states and typically about 130 countries.
