Please join Eshenbaugh Land Company’s Bill Eshenbaugh and Ryan Sampson along with three expert panelists, Dr. Susan MacManus a top political analyst, Owen LaFave with Bank of Tampa, and Larry Jimenez Jr., a logistics expert at Start Distribution Systems Inc, as we discuss the changes COVID-19 has had on the Tampa Bay Market.
About the Panelists:
Larry Jimenez Jr., VP Business Development at Star Distribution and serves as Secretary & Treasurer of the Plant City EDC. Jimenez leads Florida’s premier 3rd Party Logistics Provider, Star Distribution Systems, Inc. in growth, profit strategy, marketing and business development. We are interested in hearing him speak to the dramatic shifts in shipping and delivery, and how Covid 19 has changed that perhaps permanently.
Dr. Susan MacManus is the most widely and highly respected observer of Florida politics. MacManus is a USF Distinguished University Professor (Political Science) Emerita. She received her M.A. from the University of Michigan and Ph.D. from Florida State University. From 1998 to 2015, she served as political analyst for WFLA News Channel 8 (Tampa’s NBC affiliate). Since 2016, she has been the political analyst for ABC Action News (Tampa’s ABC affiliate). With her expertise we are excited to hear her thoughts on the upcoming election and the fundamental shifts COVID-19 has caused.
Owen LaFave is the Pinellas County Market President at The Bank of Tampa. LaFave has 19 years of banking and finance experience specifically in the Tampa Bay Region. His responsibilities include overseeing commercial and personal banking throughout Pinellas County, and commercial real estate banking for all of Tampa Bay. The Bank of Tampa made the most PPP loans of local banks and we look forward to hearing his outlook on foreclosures, the development climate, the current lending environment, and where lenders see Tampa in 2022 and beyond.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

“We’re so excited to see everyone at the event. Please be sure you register to join us.” — Bill Eshenbaugh and Ryan Sampson
