Aramark Refreshment Services, LLC renewed their 10,000 SF unit at 4186 Incubator Court. Aramark has been a tenant in Monroe Commerce Park since 2008. The company supplies customized refreshment and snack packages for company break rooms for over 150,000 locations in North America. Aramark was represented by David Perez with Cushman & Wakefield.

Gulf Material Sales, LLC renewed their 8,560 SF unit at 4265 Church Street, Suite 1017-1029. Gulf Material Sales supplies roadway safety products to federal, state, local government agencies, private roadway commissions, consultants and contractors and has been in business since 1963.
