Mike Yasi Named Advocate Health Advisors Director of National Sales, Dual Special Needs Plans

Advocate Health Advisors has named Mike Yasi as Director of National Sales, Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP).

Yasi, who is based in Austin, Texas, will be designing and deploying strategies to train and engage agents nationwide in the DSNP market. He also will be recruiting licensed agents throughout the U.S. who want to specialize in helping clients who qualify for both Medicaid and Medicare.

Advocate Health Advisors agents are Medicare experts who serve as trusted advisors for those who are Medicare eligible and specialize in helping those turning 65. The company has agents in all 50 states and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

“We’re excited to have Mike joining the Advocate Health Advisors team,” Advocate Health Advisors CEO Darwin Hale said. “His expertise with DSNP plans will allow us to provide superior training for our agents and more coordinated support to our Medicare members.”

Prior to joining Advocate Health Advisors, Yasi was chief sales officer with a national FMO, leading its national Medicare sales team. Yasi also was regional sales director for DSNP at UnitedHealthcare, where he worked for 10 years.

“I am excited to get back to what I love most — helping consumers in need and guiding agents with sales strategies that provide excellent support,” Yasi said.
