A joint venture between Pacer Partners and Drake Real Estate Partners has sold a 120,500 square foot office property to CTO Realty Growth. The property is located within Sabal Park. The property was previously acquired by the joint venture in June 2016.
The property was 100% leased to Ford Motor Credit Corporation under a NNN lease at the time of sale. Ownership extended the lease for five years prior to the disposition. The CBRE West Florida Capital Markets team of Dale Peterson, Joe Chick, Kristen McFarland and Courtney Snell represented the joint venture in the sale of the property.
