
Aug. 19, 2020 (Tampa, FL) – Jack Koehler, CCIM, ALC of Eshenbaugh Land Company acted as a transaction broker in the sale between the seller, Dickman Investments LLC, and the buyer, Starlight Homes, in the sale of 20 acres of land along 30th Street SE in Ruskin, FL for $1,320,000.
The Buyer has future plans for 155 townhomes. The property is located less than a half mile from the million square foot Amazon fulfillment center with close proximity to shopping, schools, and employment centers.
