Frist Humanitarian Award – Employee
Phaedra Flowers, RN Emergency Services is well liked by her peers and she goes above and beyond to help wherever it is needed. This is also carried over to the community. Every fall, Phaedra collects from the staff of all our emergency departments backpack supplies for foster children in Pasco County Schools. During Christmas, she also collects toys and such so that children who get placed in foster care during the holidays (especially Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) can have presents and clothes. Phaedra has a big heart and is very passionate about what she does!
Frist Humanitarian Award – Volunteer
Bobby Tilford has been a volunteer at Medical Center of Trinity for over 4 years. He has accumulated over 4,000 service hours in numerous positions: pathfinder, courtesy cart driver, courier/transporter and front desk main entrance badge maker. Bobby is well liked by all volunteers and guests that he has met. When he is not volunteering at the hospital, he volunteers at the Elks Club in New Port Richey with charity events and serves in any other capacity. Bobby is the epitome of a team player!
