LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. – (August 14, 2020) – Neal Land & Neighborhoods, a Manatee and Sarasota-based master-planned community developer, welcomes Mark Roscoe to the executive team as Land Development Manager.
Activities at Neal Land & Neighborhoods have significantly increased with the recent land sales to homebuilders at North River Ranch, and subsequent strong home sales. Further, as development of current phases at North River Ranch near completion, development and planning for future phases are well underway.
As the community developer works to meet the demands of their home builder customers, additional land development expertise was needed. Roscoe will work under the direction of Tom Panaseny, Vice President of Land Development at Neal Land & Neighborhoods.

Roscoe brings over 20 years’ experience in the homebuilding industry with knowledge in custom home building, construction and land development. As Land Development Manager, Roscoe will oversee project site development operations and infrastructure improvements from entitlement to final acceptance.
