First Class VS Business Class

The Business Class

The Business Class

People say if you take one flight in business class, you will never be happy in the economy again. While the benefits of a premium economy are sometimes difficult to see, the difference between business and economy class is obvious. It’s just a completely new category of service.

Everything is better here. Before takeoff, drinks are served (in real glasses), food is served on real porcelain plates with genuine flatware. The armchairs can be folded into a fully horizontal bed, the width of the chair reaches 86 cm, and the space for legs – as much as 220 cm.

Some companies offer business class passengers a shuttle service from home to the airport and vice versa if they live within a reasonable distance from the airport. Most, if not all, airlines give business class passengers a pass to their lounge, where they are fed and appear for free and without any restrictions, just don’t drink too much! Most, if not all, airlines give business class passengers a pass to their lounge, where they are provided with free food without any restrictions, just don’t kill the bottle! And we don’t mean a folding table in the aisle – we mean a real semicircular bar full of bottles and everything you need to mix a cocktail and make snacks – both hot and cold. Is there anything else to wish for? Recently, business class has become so qualitative that many airlines simply withhold the first one.

The First Class

The First Class

One can always dream about the icing on the cake is the first class, where celebrities and rich people (as well as casual lucky ones) usually travel. First-class includes all business class bonuses generously sprinkled with a thick layer of luxury. But apart from the privacy and impressive seat size (note that on board many airlines, first-class passengers receive not just luxury seats, but luxury rooms), first class is not much different from a business class, except that the price – a ticket to first-class can cost five times more than a business one.

So what do you get by spending a sum equal to the GDP of some small countries on a ticket? Roomy chairs (up to 81 cm wide with up to 234 cm legroom), the highest level of service – stewardesses simply read minds and guess what passengers want, and they don’t care if you’re a Prime Minister, a Hollywood star or an unknown passenger; Michelin-style food, not surprisingly – first-class menus are often designed by Michelin restaurant chefs.

Everything is a little too luxurious onboard the Emirates A380, with two bathrooms with showers and heated floors. But there are also Etihad A380s! First-class passengers of this company can choose a room – the most splendid The Residence consists of three rooms: a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bath with shower. How much does a ticket cost? A one-way trip from London to Abu Dhabi will cost you around £14,000.

Don’t forget that you can always visit a website like Cheapfirstclass to find the cheapest first class flights. Or you can go directly to the airline website and read information about their planes and what they offer to passengers of economy, business, and first-class, and then with a sense of accomplishment buy a ticket in the economy. That’s what everyone does.
