Odessa, FL 8/12/2020— COVID19 has slammed the Hotel industry and has brought many changes and challenges and the Hampton Inn in Odessa, Florida has risen above it all. Tampa Bay’s very own Hampton Inn Odessa Trinity commitment to Guests continues to exceed expectation despite the pandemic. The Hampton Inn in Odessa is currently ranked 5th of nearly 1,400 Hampton Inns in the Nation for Quality Assurance, Overall Guest Experience and Room Cleanliness!
Hampton Inn is one of the brands under the Hilton Hotels umbrella. In June, Hilton partnered with Lysol and launched their new Clean Stay program with improved cleaning standards. The new standards include a higher level of cleanliness with Lysol sprays and wipes, contactless check-in processes, and even door seals that seal Guest rooms for every Guest arrival. General Manager Corey Hillard states that “The feeling of safety in a Hotel and in the Travel Industry in general is a difficult task to achieve these days and we not only do it, we do it well.”
The Hampton Inn Odessa Trinity took cleanliness and safety protocols even further than the Clean Stay protocols implemented by Hilton Hotels. The Hampton Inn Odessa Trinity is also using a hospital grade disinfectant misting machine in all the public areas and Guest rooms as well. This additional standard goes a step further by disinfecting the air as well as fabrics.
Hampton Inn Odessa Trinity has also found a safer alternative to their complimentary Breakfast as well. The traditional breakfast buffet has been transformed into a safer served breakfast that includes individually wrapped breakfast items. A recent Guest that stayed in July wrote a review on TripAdvisor in regards to Hampton Inn Odessa Trinity “We were visiting family this past weekend for the first time since COVID hit. I have not left the house to do anything and this was my first venture out. I was very nervous to say the least. However I was blown away. The hotel was immaculate, the staff had masks on the entire time. No one was allowed to congregate in the lobby. There was never anyone else in the elevator at the same time with us. I felt so safe. I was able to settle in and enjoy. Aside from all of the particulars surrounding today’s very specific scenario….the Hotel itself was incredibly clean. The hotel provided recycle trash cans next to every garbage can which is HUGE to me. The room was beautiful.”
