WHAT: Free workshops to prepare participants to intelligently discuss racial issues and improve race relations through elevated conversations.

DETAILS: The public is invited to free workshops designed to train participants to engage in elevated conversations about racial issues. The workshops’ aim is to arm participants with knowledge and conversational skills that can be used to improve race relations through elevated conversations.
Each workshop will focus on a different topic on the following Saturdays:
- Black on Black crime/criminal justice disparities – August 15
- Civil War/Confederate flag and monuments – August 29
- Poverty/economic disparities – September 12
- Educational disparities/Affirmative Action – September 26
- Reparations – October 10
Bahá’ís believe in the elimination of prejudice, the oneness of humanity, the independent investigation of truth, equality between men and women, the agreement between religion and science, and that there is only one God who created all of the major religions.
