The Governor’s office has issued Executive Order 20-192 requiring restaurant owners and managers to screen employees per CDC Guidelines for Restaurants and Bars. Executive Order 20-192: The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) shall ensure all restaurants implement employee screening protocols pursuant to guidance developed by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention.
