The central hub will include the existing office at 423 St. Armands Circle in Sarasota and a new office space at 443 John Ringling Blvd., Suite F in Sarasota, which will be unveiled in August. Additionally, a brand-new office space will be located at 595 Bay Isles Rd., Suite 250 in Longboat Key.
The expanded central hub office spaces in Sarasota will bring together over 200 affiliated agents into a modern, high-tech facility that will increase collaboration and ensure a focus on growing the agents’ business. The office space offers state-of-the-art technology, dedicated support and ample meeting space to meet the needs of agents and clients. The office’s full support staff, which includes a managing broker, sales manager and office manager, enhances agent support and resources to ensure agents are equipped to provide the highest level of client care.
A brand-new office space on Longboat Key will be opened to ensure another convenient Coldwell Banker location and expand the meeting space for agents and clients. Office locations in both areas will allow affiliated agents to meet and serve clients with the highest level of care throughout the coastal communities.
