Sarasota, Fla. (July 27, 2020) – Coldwell Banker Realty has named Nicole M. Ellis as Florida litigation counsel. An accomplished litigator, Ellis brings over 15 years of legal experience.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Realty, Ellis worked as a litigator for Kubicki Draper in Miami and began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office. Ellis has attained various forms of recognition including The Miami Herald’s Legacy Magazine, 40 Under 40 Leaders of Today and Tomorrow, Super Lawyers Magazine, Florida Rising Star from 2013 through 2015, and the National Black Lawyers Top 100 in 2020.
Ellis earned her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana -Champaign and her LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law. She is also a licensed real estate sales associate.
