“Terrance brings an incredible amount of experience to us, and we are thrilled that he has decided to join the Suffolk team,” said Josh Christensen, Suffolk’s General Manager of the Gulf Coast region. “He has worked in nearly every industry sector including K12, higher education, aviation, industrial, and manufacturing. In his role, Sterett will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to project teams throughout the region. Most immediately, he will be involved with the Edition Hotel & Residences as part of Tampa’s Water Street development.
“I was drawn to Suffolk’s use of emerging construction technology,” added Sterett. “Suffolk is an unprecedented leader in our industry and as a result is growing exponentially. I want to play a strong role in that growth as well as enhancing Suffolk’s community involvement.”
Sterett serves as a board member of the Gulf Coast chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors and was a member of Leadership Tampa Bay Class of 2018.
