
July 13, 2020 (TAMPA, FL) – Eshenbaugh Land Company, a Tampa based boutique land broker firm, had a fantastic end to the 2020 second quarter. In spite of the uncertainty of Covid-19 on the economy, Eshenbaugh Land Company closed on eleven separate land sale transactions totaling over $25,000,000 combined!
Q2 2020 Recent Sales:
- Ruskin Residential ($1,300,000) Jack Koehler, CCIM, ALC represented the Sellers in listing three parcels totaling in 25-acres of residential land just south of 19th Ave in Ruskin, FL. The Buyer was Lennar who has plans for single-family homes.
- Mossy Back Ranch ($4,600,000) Michael Strahan, CCIM, ALC, MAB represented the Buyer in the sale of the rare 656-acre turn-key ready Mossy Back Ranch in Manatee County, FL.
- Dale Mabry & Van Dyke Commercial Parcel ($2,165,000) Chris Bowers, CCIM and Bill Eshenbaugh, CCIM, ALC represented the seller of 4.09-acre commercial parcel located at the corner of Hillsborough Avenue and Montague Street in Tampa just west of the Veterans Expressway.
- 14.20-acres of residential land in Odessa ($3,572,000) Ryan Sampson, CCIM, ALC brokered 14.2 net usable acres at the northwest corner of State Road 54 and Crossings Boulevard. The site is a cleared graded site that was bought by NexMetro Communities who have plans for 152 rental homes.
