A Sarasota resident, Falletta earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and a Master of Business Administration from Canisius College, as well as a Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Principles license from the University of Dayton. He is a member of the Small Business Administration Region II since 2009, and a senior member of the TMA—Turnaround Management Association since 2017.
