Those precautions include staff health questionnaires, required masks for associates, and appointment-only tours along with strict social distance practicing that has become the standard. Each apartment home is sanitized after each in-person visit and doors sealed with a hygiene sticker broken only by the next prospective resident walking into the sanitized apartment.
