WINTER HAVEN – Dream Finders Homes has started work on its first model and is now selling at Lucerne Park Reserve on the shores of Lake Henry in PolkCounty.
Gerry Boeneman, President of the company’s Central Florida division, said they will offer five floor plans that can be built on one of 50 Dream Finders’ homesites in the single-family home community.
“We recently started the Mulberry model, a four-bedroom, two-bath home, with a two-car garage and plan to have it ready for tours this summer,” he said. The 1,938-square-foot home is priced starting at $217,990, while other three- and four-bedroom models there go up to 2,110 square feet and start at $226,990 in price.
Amenities in the Lucerne Park community will include a resort-style pool and cabana area, clubhouse and children’s playground.
Located just off of Old Lucerne Park Road, the community is close to U.S. Highway 27 providing convenient access to numerous Central Florida resorts and theme parks.
