
Tampa, FL, May 26, 2020 – Tampa-based land brokers Chris Bowers, CCIM and Bill Eshenbaugh, CCIM, ALC of Eshenbaugh Land Company, represented the Seller Geraci-Van Dyke Retail Center LLC, on the sale of a 1.73-acre commercial parcel for $975,000.
The parcel is located just off Dale Mabry Highway near the Veterans Expressway in Lutz, FL. The Buyer was The Woman’s Group, An OB/GYN’s medical office that currently has four locations around Tampa and was represented by Berkshire Hathaway.
To date, Bowers and Eshenbaugh have represented the Geraci’s in successfully brokering multiple parcels at the northeast quadrant of Dale Mabry Highway and Van Dyke. Resulting in a Wendy’s, Tidal Wave Car Wash, The Lodges of Idlewild Assisted Living Facility, Encompass Health facility, Extra Space Storage, and two-luxury apartment site, Atlis Promenade and Tapestry Lake Park.
