TAMPA, FL – In an effort to support locally owned businesses, Tampa advertising agency PPK is teaming up with Clear Channel Outdoor and Outfront Media to bring heightened awareness to establishments throughout the area who have been affected by COVID-19.
Launching Wednesday, May 20, five local nominees will have the chance to receive a free billboard campaign, created by PPK with all media placements donated free of charge through the month of June. To win, the businesses will need to encourage their fans to spread the word about the contest via social sharing and vote for them in the official poll which will be posted on PPK’s Facebook page at 12pm on 5/20/20: https://www.facebook.com/UnitePPK/
The top two businesses with the most votes submitted by Wednesday, 5/27 at 5p.m. EST, will be contacted by PPK to determine final messaging before creative is developed. The billboards will then begin running across Tampa Bay the week of June 5.
The nominees include local favorites Buddy Brew Coffee, Tampa Bay Brew Co., Fancy Free Nursery, Skippers Smokehouse and Chill Bro’s Ice Cream.
