Beginning Monday, May 4 the Pasco County Tax Collector’s five offices will begin to offer in-person lobby services. Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The Gulf Harbors and Wesley Chapel offices will be open on Saturdays beginning May 9 from 8:30 AM – NOON to serve Pasco County residents only. Each office will maintain social distancing standards such as limiting the number of individuals allowed in the office at one time.
Dealers may drop off and pick up work through the VIN check/ drive-thru Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – NOON. No over the counter dealer work will be permitted. The following services will not be available at this time: road tests, non-US non-Pasco residents and interpreter testing.
“The health and safety of our staff and our customers are our number one concern,” comments Tax Collector Mike Fasano. “We understand that people need to transact important business and we want to give them every opportunity to do so. At the same time we are abiding by health and safety regulations handed down by both state and federal authorities.”
