Five lucky people are being given the chance of a much needed helping hand to become smoke free.
Lifestyle Engineer Melanie McCool is giving away five hypnotherapy sessions – to five deserving people.
It’s a harsh reality that’s been further highlighted with COVID-19 that if you’re a smoker you’re more likely to get acute respiratory infections and have a higher risk of those infections becoming severe.
There has never been a better time to stop smoking. But quitting is hard for many, and perhaps even more so now at a time of great stress and when many of our routines have been so suddenly disrupted.
“A lot of people do try to stop smoking many times before they finally quit, but hypnotherapy can help making stopping easier by breaking the psychological connections and triggers around smoking”
“My services give people the understanding to make lifestyle changes which are permanent. There are, and can be no quick fixes but with the right frame of mind, people can make the changes which give them a healthier and happier life. There is nothing mystical about it, this is a very serious and life-changing technique which makes positive differences to thousands of people across the world.”
Melanie has made the pledge to give away a free session that can be done online with at least five people to make a difference in these difficult times.
She has asked that people contact her to nominate themselves by telling her what they have done to help someone else through the current crisis. People can also nominate a friend or relative who they think needs some help and is deserving of the free session.
“I was thinking about what to do to help my community even more during this time”
“I will be taking entries and then will sit with friends and colleagues to decide who to give the free sessions to – there must be lots of people out there who are too consumed helping other people that they often neglect themselves.”
To enter for a chance of being given a free session, book a call at https://mindworxco.com/services/quit-smoking and in the question section of the form, tell her in 100 words or less why you should be given the session.
