CareerSource Tampa Bay Expands Customer Service Hours

~Offices remain closed but open virtually~

TAMPA, FL – CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) is expanding the Customer Contact Center hours effective Monday, April 13, 2020. CSTB closed offices to the public on March 19 due to COVID-19 safety concerns but remains open virtually.

Our CSTB Contact Center representatives will now be available six days a week, Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Customers can connect to a CSTB staff member via CSTB Customer Service line at (813) 930-7400 or online via the Contact Us section of the website at http://www.careersourcetampabay.com/Contact-us/.

While the offices have been closed, CSTB staff continue to help citizens remotely with a variety of services including: Business Services, job recruitment and postings, Hot Jobs, Career Services, Job Search, Assistance Programs, Veterans Services and assistance for persons with disabilities.
