April 13, 2019 (TAMPA, FL) – Eshenbaugh Land Company, a Tampa based boutique land broker firm, had a fantastic end to the 2020 first quarter, with 11 separate land sale transactions totaling over $29,815,000 combined!
Q1 2020 Top Sales:
- CR 39 Farm & Ranch ($8,000,000) Michael Strahan, CCIM, ALC, MAB listed and sold 820-acre farm and ranch on CR 39 in Parrish, Manatee County, FL.
- Brandon Crossroads ($5,600,000) Chris Bowers, CCIM and Ryan Sampson, CCIM, ALC brokered multiple retail parcels located at Falkenburg Rd and the Leroy Selmon Expressway in Brandon, FL.
- Sunlake Multi-Family ($4,800,000) Bill Eshenbaugh, CCIM, ALC brokered 20± acres on Sunlake Blvd. in Land O’ Lakes, FL. for 293 multi-family units.
- Kings Gate Villa Lots ($2,880,000) 188 developed villa lots within the Kings Gate Subdivision in Port Charlotte, FL was brokered by Bill Eshenbaugh, CCIM, ALC.
Eshenbaugh Land Company was also honored this quarter with a number of awards. The Realtors Land Institute as a part of the RLI APEX Production Awards Program recognized Ryan Sampson, CCIM, ALC as 2019 Broker of The Year Award in the Commercial Land sales category. This award recognizes the highest producing agent in the country for closed commercial land sales. Bill Eshenbaugh, CCIM, ALC and Sampson were also recognized as APEX 2019 Top 20 National Producers.
